Service Delivery

• Standard delivery timelines: 48–72 hours

• Timelines may vary depending on scope (design, social media, or website-related work)

• Express delivery may be available upon request

Revisions Policy

• Up to 30 days of free revisions for resume and cover letter

• Revisions are based on the initial scope of work

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required in advance before starting the service

• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

Client Responsibility

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information

• Clients agree to provide necessary access (e.g., LinkedIn or social media accounts) when required

• Delays in providing inputs or access may impact delivery timelines

Account Access & Usage

• Any login credentials shared are used strictly for agreed services - optimization, posting, updates, etc.

• We do not misuse, share, or retain access beyond the project scope

• Clients can request removal of access at any time

No Job Guarantee

We do not guarantee job placement or interview calls. Our role is to enhance your professional positioning.

Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables belong to the client after full payment

• We reserve the right to use samples for portfolio purposes

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Hiring decisions made by employers

• Platform-related issues (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

• Outcomes beyond our service scope

Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance.
